About
Mission:
Our mission is to advocate the exchange of information relating to the art and science of brewing, thereby promoting quality engineered homebrews.
Monthly Meetings:
The club normally meets at the Stone Brewery in Escondido, California, on the first Wednesday evening of every month starting at 6:00PM. Click HERE for a map or HERE to go to the Stone Brewing website. If you are potentially interested in joining, you are welcome to come to a meeting or two to see what we are about.
Discussions are led by members and outside experts who present information to the club from research and experiences. Meetings are otherwise informal and include planning for special events, sampling and judging beers, and general socialization.
