The February meeting of the Society of Barley Engineers homebrew club will be held on Wednesday Feb 1st @ 6p.m. at the Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens and will feature a presentation blending and aging beer by John McKay. The entree of the evening will be Pesto Penne with Chicken and Tomato

We will have special guest speakers Dan Love and Tom Garcia to lead this discussion. Dan is the founder and brewmaster for Mother Earth Brew Co. and Tom is the founder and consultant for TAG Brewing Solutions. The entree of the evening will be Pesto Penne with Chicken & Tomato.
