SBE August Meeting Announcement

The August meeting of the Society of Barley Engineers will be held on Wednesday, August 3rd @ 6pm at Booze Brothers Brewery in Vista. The topic this month will be Microbiology of Fermentation by Curt Wittenberg.

Don’t forget, if you’re interested in bringing a beer for thorough feedback from qualified judges outside of the normal sharing time we’re starting a new program called Feedback Corner. Just find the duo before the meeting gets started and they’ll provide you with their expert opinion and recommendations on improvement.

SBE December Meeting Announcement

2013 is drawing to a close. Our last meeting of the year will be December 4th at Stone World Bistro at 6:30.

The main topic will be Yeast Harvesting, presented by Mike Lancas. The group meal will be Beer Mac and Cheese, $13 incl. Tax and Tip, as always.

SBE November Meeting Announcement

The November meeting of the Society of Barley Engineers homebrew club will be held on Wednesday November 2nd @ 6p.m. at the Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens and will focus on Yeast. We will have special guest speaker Chris White & Company for the evening to discuss Yeast for homebrewers. The entree of the evening will be Wild Mushrooms over Penne Pasta.
