April Meeting – Brut IPA

The April meeting of the Society of Barley Engineers will be held on Wednesday, April 3rd @ 6pm at Booze Brothers Brewing Company in Vista. Our feature presentation, led by Joel Smith, will be on Brut IPAs.

March Meeting – Smoked Beers

The March meeting of the Society of Barley Engineers will be held on Wednesday, March 6th @ 6pm at Booze Brothers Brewing Company in Vista. We will have a special guest speaker, Scot Blair, who is the owner, curator and brewer for South Park Brewing and Hamilton’s Tavern. Scot will be speaking on smoked beers which is a passion of his. He will have several examples to share including the South Park Brewing Gotlandsdricke that Alvin, Lauren and Andy collaborated on.

For those that ordered 25th anniversary T-shirts and haven’t yet picked them up, we will have those at the meeting.
