SBE March Meeting Announcement

The March meeting of the Society of Barley Engineers will be held on Wednesday, March 1st @ 6pm at Booze Brothers Brewery (http://boozebrothersbrewery.com/) in Vista. The topic this month will be Pepper Beers lead by Brian Frederick.

On the agenda:
1) Social time, small pour sharing, and Feedback Corner.
2) Homebrew sharing and discussion.

The focus topic, Fermentation Temperature Control, will be led by Dan Kutcher & Jacques Guilloton. Please try to bring shared beer in one container as we are paying a fee by container to allow homebrew to be served. Food will be available upstairs for a 15% discount off of the menu pricing.

SBE March Meeting Announcement

The March meeting of the Society of Barley Engineers homebrew club will be held on Wednesday March 5th @6pm at the Stone Brewing Company World Bistro in Escondido. The focus topic of the evening will be the Beer Judge Certification Program which will be led by Paul Sangster, Master Beer Judge and Brewmaster of Rip Current Brewing Company. We are hoping to inspire more SBE members to initiate the process to become a beer judge. The group meal will be Wild Mushrooms over Penne Pasta.
